Could ibuprofen be used to treat childs stomach pain?

No.: Ibuprofen is not a good choice for treating stomach (abdominal) pain, especially in children. This medication can actually cause abdominal pain as one of its side effects. The exception to this would be using it for menstrual cramps, because the cause of those is different from most abdominal pain.
