Common : Advil or similar ( ibuprofen, Naproxen, Aspirin) are great anti inflammatory BUT can cause gastric inflammation or even ulcer if taken on empty stomach in high dose frequently . Some people are more sensitive and one dose can cause “ heartburn “ . Always take with little bite as yogurt , apple, cracker ...
