Mupirocin: Mupirocin is used to treat certain skin infections. It is an antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria. Unless the vaginal itching is caused by one of those bacteria, there would be little reason to use this medication. A good plan would be to see a doctor for an evaluation. This would lead to a diagnosis that had a specific and effective treatment.
