Need more info: You can always ask but from your phraseology, i'm wondering what country you are inquiring about. Nhs here in the states refers to a personnel system for staffing rural or urban health centers and isn't charged with making decisions about individual treatment. Each state has it's own policies about covered services under medicaid. Veneers are not likely candidates for coverage in this system.

Yes, you can: However, NHS treatment is only available if your veneers are needed for medical reasons and not cosmetic.
