It depends: Upon the individual circumstances. No one over the internet can tell you what is right for you without actually examining you and seeing x-rays of your teeth. Sometimes the choice is easy in one direction or another. Often, it's a personal choice depending upon expectations, finances, goals, long term prognosis, philosophy and personal preferences.

More info needed: If small composite, stay with composite. If large then veneer may be better. An x-ray and exam is the only way to get an answer that fits your situation.
