But infections after ear piercings can also occur so get it checked out by a doctor. Allergists and dermatologists can do patch testing to identify metal allergy.

Earlobe allergies: Allergies on the ear lobes are from contact allergies to metal, such as nickel and gold. It has no relation to nasal allergies
