Red ear: You may have injured that area - sunburn or trauma in the past so it is now sensitive to sun, spicy food, allergy. If it bothers you, you can keep it out of sun, take antihistamine. Keep a diary to figure out what causes the symptoms to flare up; probably not due to stress.
