How do you FEEL?: If you've always been slim, good for you. The "ideal weight" charts are subscience. Many elite track-and-field athletes are "underweight". If you feel well and can keep competitive in your favorite sport, stop worrying. You're a person, not a number. If you're losing weight and don't know why, your physician needs to check you out.
