Depression, Anxiety: I commend you for being concerned about your borderline underweight You need to have all 5 areas of health-Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social and Spiritual Health; and to have Balance. You have put yourself in state of “Poverty of Time” and not in control Use Breathing relaxation, Tai, Chi, Yoga, and Meditation See a Therapist for coping with stress, priorities, needs and life style
