That is possible: Anxiety symptoms can include chest tightness, breathing more rapidly, feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (especially in neck, shoulders ; back), poor quality or minimal sleep, lack of concentration ; easy fatiguability. Lump in throat or butterfly in stomach sensation can occur.
