NORMAL: body Temperature varies during the day/night and it is normal to have Temperatures below the so called "normal" 98.6....regularly! Hope this helps! Dr Z

How do you FEEL?: Individuals' baseline body temps vary quite a bit. The actual average "normal" is 98.2. If low body temperature results from disease, there are always other symptoms. If you feel well, I don't raise an eyebrow until your morning temp goes below 96.
