Blood pressure: No, the numbers you report seem pretty good, and an occasional diastolic reading in the 60's is not something to be concerned about if you otherwise feel ok. I will take it that you do not have any valvular disease, as aortic regurgitation can sometimes cause particularly low diastolic numbers.
