Start slowly: You should start stretching first for 5 to 10 minutes (warm up) follow by aerobic exercise (treadmill or bike) at your own pace for 20-30 minutes and 10-20 of weights. Remember to start slowly and progresevely increase time and intensity in the next following weeks.
