What to do if i have bad stomach pain after painful endoscopy?

Time frame ?: In the immediate period after endoscopy, the pain could be from gaseous distention but this usually passes once the gas has been passed. If however the pain symptoms are severe after this period or even in the immediate period following the procedure, i would check right away with your GI doctor so as to assure that all is well.

I get stomach aches when I eat or random times. Its not very painful endoscopy reveals nothing. Could it be something serious? It happens a lot but, not that painful. Could it be cancer?
