34f. upper stomach pain, esophagus pain/tightness. swallowing painful. endoscopy&ultrasound normal months ago, but it's worse now.i have pots/eds/mcas, but no one knows what's causing this. i need help, can you suggest what it could be/what to do?

There are many possibilities among which eosinophilic esophagitis and/or an esophageal motility disorders will have to be ruled out. Starting with your current gastroenterologist would still be best, such changes may result in significant nutritional decline if not addressed timely.
