Gluten: Gluten is a common cause of leaky gut and digestive problems. Because of immune complexes and how they work, a patient will often experience worse symptoms of gluten reactivity when reintroducing gluten than before they stopped the gluten. Gluten can cause IgE reactions, IgG reactions, increased permeability, etc. No one needs gluten. I recommend just staying off of it if it causes problems.
