Can anyone tell me what can i do for my eczema problem?

Good Skin Hygiene: Take good care of your skin and eczema should be kept under control. Avoid long hot showers, avoid harsh and drying cleansers. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream twice a day. For eczema flares, apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear.
