Good habit: Starting to exercise when you are young will hopefully be the beginning of a long healthy lifestyle exercise and healthy nutrition will help control your weight and maintain fitness while we cannot all do what we may have done at age 20, a lifelong commitment to exercise will go a long way toward maintaining your health.
