Stroke: Among other things you could have brain injury from either. Fainting from low BP results in falling. Avoid confined spaces like phone booths. One cannot assume a recumbent position which will helps to restore good blood flow to the brain. You need to avoid both low blood sugar and low bp. Get it checked out right away.
