PM;R physician: Shoulder pain can be evaluated by a physical medicine ; rehabilitation physician, but an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in the shoulder is another option. Neck pain can be effectively evaluated and treated by a pm;r physician, especially one with extra fellowship training in interventional pain management.
