Many possible: Hi. The possible symptoms of Hashimoto's are many, assuming you're hypothyroid (euthyroid Hashimoto's has no symptoms). Possible symptoms include, but are not limited to: fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, constipation, dry skin and hair, heavier periods, difficulty conceiving, depression, and others. Different patients have different collections of symptoms.
