Long list: Pelvic pain can be caused by all of the structures in the pelvis. You can have fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, diverticulosis, irritable bowel, inflammatory bowel, constipation, cystitis, etc. You should see your doctor so they can narrow down the list.
