Started abdominal massage this week. noticed 16 yr old appendix scar minimize to a stretch mark - possible? i really believe it never was this thin

Apparently so!: My best guess is that the massage broke up some adhesions/scar tissue under the skin that was stretching the scar out, thus allowing the surface area of the scar to shrink- the scar is still there but less stretched out so looks smaller.
