Low sodium Beverages: Generally, anything with a lower sodium content would be better than the alternative of having higher sodium. In regards to fruit containing beverages and diabetes, realize that while supplying users with some fruit and vegetable servings, still contains a good amount of sugars in it and thus can cause undesired spikes in your blood sugar which over time can cause further Insulin resistance.
