It depends on level: It depends on the level of sodium and other levels, if your doctor did not advice to treat it, in that case you do not have to worry it can be from excess fluid in your body relative to normal sodium or due to loss of sodium from body. Treatment depends on the cause and level of sodium and if symptomatic discuss your options with your treating physician.
