Chest xray: Need chest x-ray to make sure you do not have atelectasis--lung not expanding may need "blow bottle" to expand but need to r/o pneumonia as well with all the surgery you have had.

See your doctor: With your relatively complex history, a lot could be going on. See your doctor for a workup. If you start feeling worse, go to the er.
