Ovarian cyst: As long as it is a simple cyst and as long as it does not cause pain or discomfort, you can leave a cyst of that size and bigger alone and wait for it to rupture spontaneously.

Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts are evaluated based on multiple parameters such as size, shape, presence or absence of modularity or classifications , borders of the cyst and ect....... You would need a pelvic ultrasound for evaluation and in combination of your clinical symptoms and a pelvic exam by your gynecologist a proper management will be arranged for you.
