Not that big: Every month you menstruate, you had an ovarian cyst. That cyst has the egg in it. On occassion, when the ovulation occurs the edges of the cyst will bleed causing a Hemorrhagic cyst. These can be painful fo rsome women. 4.3 cm cyst is not that big. But, if it is thought that your cyst is the actual cause of your pain, it might require surgery. A radiologist might be able to drain it with CT guide
