No: You should follow-up with your doctor asap to work up the bleeding (and the black lump may be old blood), but the er is not likely to help you as there is no emergency.

Get care soon: Black blood usually comes from the stomach it's called melena. This can be a serious problem. You need to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible.
