Does flonase lower the immune system?

No: Flonase or fluticasone is a topical nasal steroid spray. There is very little systemic absorption. Its efficacy and safety have been proven. There is no evidence, as far as i know, that this topical drug will down-regulate the systemic immune system.

No: Its action is mostly topical and it takes much large doses of oral or injectable steroid for many months to suppress the immune system even a little bit.
