Possible: It's possible to have joint pain with a severe inflammatory reaction from any condition, including crps. However, diffuse joint pains are not typical from crps that may be localized in one extremity. You may need a thorough evaluation to rule out other sinister causes of diffuse joint pains first. Crps as a cause of any painful area is a diagnosis of exclusion (rule out other causes first).
