Joint pain and high crp what are some possibilities? neg rf factor and normal esr rate

? finding: Both CRP and ESR reflect inflammation but ESR is subject to more variations since it is affected by anemia , estrogen treatment etc. These two values usually correlate to each other and thus the discrepancy is puzzling. Talk to your rheumatologist about it.
