Possibly: In some cases, mild loss of sensitivity can result from forehead lifting, likely due to direct nerve injury during elevation of the forehead skin or suturing of the area. Most often this mild numbness is temporary, but permanent numbness has been reported. Return of sensation may take several weeks to months, .

It is possible: Sense of touch ("sensation") is typically lessened early postop and mostly recovers completely in weeks or months. However, rarely there can be small areas of permanent numbness. Fortunately this should not cause any serious problem.

Depends on the lift: With an endoscopic brow lift, which is the most common brow lift, there's very little loss of sensation and it's limited to the area around the incision, which is behind the hairline. With transverse for had lips that are done in deep wrinkles particularly in men with receding hairlines, there tends to be more loss of sensation above the incision. With coronal brow lifts , which are the traditional.

Possibly: Depending on the technique used: direct, pretrichal, endoscopic, subcutaneous, temporal, bicoronal, subgaleal, etc, some of the nerves providing sensation to the forehead may be effected resulting in altered touch perception. Typically this is short lived but may be permanent.

Possibly.: Depending on the technique used, sensory nerves can be affected temporarily, or permanently, which may leave the patient with early hypersensitivity, numbness, or both. Most forehead lift patients in my own practice rarely complain of permanent numbness of either the forehead or scalp near the incision. Normally it can take up to a year for all or most sensation to return.

Can: A brow or forehead lift if done endoscopically shouldn't cause permanent numbness though rarely possible. When scalp is removed then there is always permanent numbness or decreased sensation because the nerves which travel through the skin are severed during the removal of the unwanted loose skin.
