Probably no help: It is not very likely, at your present age, that you will grow much more. However, the simplest way to evaluate this is to evaluate your 'bone age' which is typically done with x-ray of the wrists to see if you have any active bony growth potential. Some folks at your age still grow a bit, but not many. Look at your parents. If they are short, you are not going to be tall.

Teen height: Height growth depends on a variety of factors. Have you always been on the shorter end of the chart? How tall are your parents? Are you otherwise healthy? Has a doctor ever expressed concern about your height before? Chances are that you don't have a lot left to grow in height at your age, but it is impossible to tell without some bold work testing and a bone age x-ray. Please see your doctor!
