Back to your Dr.: Insomnia is one of the common side-effects of wellbutrin (bupropion) . Buspirone is an anti-anxiety which takes 4 to 6 weeks sometimes to take effect. Go back to your doctor and see if he can prescribe an antidepressant which can also help you sleep. Your doctor may also be able to adjust the time you can take your antidepressant because you have daytime drowsiness.
