Taking 150 mg wellbutrin for depression. first few months, experience side effects of lowered sex drive and appetite but now both are not only back to normal, but above normal. is this indicative that i need higher dose?

No: suspect without any other symptoms depression has resolved and you feel better enough wtih your libido no headache, irritable, insomnia, jitteryness, depression. Are you back to yourself. Wellbutrin not expect to increase libido and unlikely decreased libido ;was more from depression

Curious: Your dose is low, not expected to help. It is rare for this medicine to influence sex drive or appetite at all. Perhaps it treated a lower sex drive and higher appetite that were actually a part of your depression. Even so, the low dose working is a surprise. I think that there are enough anomalies here that you are best served by meeting and reviewing in person with the prescribing doctor.
