Amoxicillin/clavulan: This is a 2 drug combo with half-life of 1.3 and 1 hrs respectively. It should be completely gone from your body in 4-5 hrs, but the time of effective action against a a bacterial pathogen will be much shorter and also depend upon the sensitivity of the organism, the location of the infection, the dosage taken and whether with or without a meal.
