I am prescribe the pain patch.its delivers 50mg of th medicine for 72 hours. i want to stop taking. because i am sick of problems, how to i withdraw?

Fentanyl Patch: It sounds like you are on the fentanyl patch - 50ug. The best way to get off this medication is by a very slow wean. I certainly would suggest you follow up with you prescribing doc. Most likely you will drop to a 25 patch for about 1-2 week, then even a 12.5 patch for 1-2weeks, then stop. Again pls follow with a doc - withdrawal is no fun.
