Anger Management: Anger stems from not getting what you desire from a person, situation or yourself. Look at your life, identify changes you want to make, identify triggers to anger and find ways to release anger in healthy way through exercise, journaling, meditation, yoga etc till you can heal the situations through healthy communication, compromise and forgiveness of yourself ;the situation/person. Therapy helps.
