HIV: This is one of the major ways in which HIV may be transmitted. The risk is much higher if there was ejaculation, but if the precum touched the tonsils, the back of the throat, etc., then HIV may well have been transmitted. Go and get tested.

Oral Risk: It is not unheard of to get HIV from exposure to HIV infected semen orally. There is real risk here. If you are performing oral sex on an HIV positive male who is not on HIV medications you are putting yourself at risk of HIV infection.
