See Doctor ASAP: 60 hours of diarrhea is difficult on adults. It can worse on the 6 month old age group. Dehydration is a serious issue with infants, and while they may be still taking fluids, the loss of fluids from diarrhea may be more than they are taking in. This can result in dehydration and /or electrolyte disturbances. Seek medical evaluation immediately.
