Try hydration: Most meds for diarrhea are not very effective Try hydration and a high carbohydrate diet: rice, potatoes, and breads. Also probiotics have been shown to be helpful in combating diarrhea. Kaopectae is a med that can help in some cases and should be ok with breastfeeding. Feel better soon
