I have a newborn who is 4 weeks old today. he has what seems like diarrhea straight after every feed. i am breastfeeding and also give a bottle once in a while as a top up. should i be concerned that his pooh is running and he poohs after every feed?

Common: The 1 mo breast fed kid may go a little at runny smear each meal every feed or one bulky stool every 7 days.As long as the kid is active/feeds well/is filling out I don't consider it abnormal. If the volume of these frequent stools is large and or the kid seems lethargic he should be seen.
