A member asked:

Why are my testicles expanind becoming larger?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: Normally testicles range from one to two inches in size. If they get bigger than that or if you feel any discomfort you have to be thinking about a condition called hydrocele (fluid collection around the testicle) but that is rarely observed in both testicles at the same time. An ultrasound of the scrotam can help define the problem if there is one!
