Get eval: Assuming you mean the testicle has just gotten bigger and is now painful too (referring to your testicle as a "her"), then you need to get an evaluation asap as it could be several things, such as a varicocoele to a more serious condition that needs treating asap. Best wishes.

You have infection: Large tender testis points to EPIDIDYMITIS,which is inflammation of coils of tubes arouhd the testis.You need to see a urologist,or at least any doctor.You will be given antibiotics: elevate testicle by a support; stay off your feet (if posible ) for few days;take an anti- inflammatory pills such as Ibuprofens.This is just an advice.Consult with a doctor
