What does it mean when one of your testicles is much larger than the other?

Needs evaluation : This could be a hydrocele or possibly a mass if it is fairly painless. If it is red or inflamed it could be an infection. If it hurts terribly go to er as it could be torsion (twisted). Either way you need evaluation by urology and an ultrasound.

Usually benign: But worth having it checked out with an ultrasound in case it is somthing serious.
