Yes: It may be nothing but you should have it checked out. Some men are born with large discrepancies in size. One testicle may have lost its blood supply at birth and never developed. If it's newly doubled in size, see a physician soon.

See below: Given your age, if the enlargement is new and truly involving the testicle, then Testicular Cancer definitely is a possibility and needs to ruled out without delay. If the enlargement is not arising from the testicle, then it is likely either a hydrocele or spermatocele or, less likely, a varicocele. All scrotal/testicular masses should be evaluated by a doctor for proper diagnosis and discussion
