Play detective: Unless you are contracting new illnesses every month, i would encourage you to reexamine your activities preceding each event. Are you in a particular location every month with offending allergens (cat dander, mold, etc)? Do you smoke more during a certain time if month (bills, monthly meetings, partner's menses)? Consider keeping a log to assist you in your search.

Please see below: If it comes every month it should not be an infection unless it was incompletely treated. If you just get irritation, may be this is an allergy to something. I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist if you keep getting it every month. Hope this helps.
