IPL isn't always : Safe. Need a second opinion from a qualified laser doctor.This is a difficult area to treat, especially since pih can be permanent. Ipl can overheat tissues, because its heat dispersion stays in the tissues (skin) longer, it can be dangerous with a person, who has rosacea.In your case, laser can't be used that close to the eyes or it'll overheat the orbital fat.See an oculoplastics dr.
