Water and exercise: The body produces wastes from normal activities. If additional toxins (the most common being nicotine, alcohol, and other drugs) are taken in, those also need to be cleared by the body. Water and exercise, in addition to foods such as fruits, vegetables, and adequate protein, will keep your body healthy. Don't use "colon cleansers" but gently "clean out" with fruit and vegetables.

3: There is no need to clean out your system. Our body is very efficient in taking care of itself and have excellent system of cleaning out - getting waste out in the form of stool, urine etc. If there is a problem with these, you may need professional help but if you have no symptoms, you dont need any cleaning. We donot need a change of oil every 5000 miles.
